  Module 2: Real Estate Investment Route Minimum property value of USD 400,000 equivalent in Turkish Lira, eligible versus ineligible property types, TAPU title deed acquisition, mandatory independent valuation report, notarial deed process, and the 3 year resale restriction rule.
