Course Description

Corporate immigration is one of the highest-value segments in the immigration industry, serving multinational companies, mid-size businesses, and startups that need to relocate skilled employees across borders. Unlike individual client cases, corporate immigration requires understanding global mobility frameworks, employer compliance obligations, volume case management, and B2B relationship selling. This course prepares consultants to move into the corporate segment covering intra-company transfers, employer-sponsored work permits, global assignment letters, and how to price and deliver corporate immigration contracts.
