  Module 1: Estonia's Two Programmes Digital Nomad Visa and e Residency Explained Estonian Digital Nomad Visa (introduced 2020) versus Estonian e Residency what each is, who it is for, and how the two can work together strategically. Digital Nomad Visa for non EU remote workers wanting to physically live in Estonia, e Residency for entrepreneurs worldwide wanting to run an EU company without physically being in Estonia, and the distinction between residency (physical) and e Residency (digital identity only).
  
  Module 2: Estonian Digital Nomad Visa Application Eligibility for the Digital Nomad Visa must be employed by or provide services to companies or clients outside Estonia, minimum monthly income requirement (approximately EUR 4,500 per month as a reference), application through the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (PPA), required documents covering employment contract or freelance client contracts, bank statements, health insurance, accommodation in Estonia, and criminal record.   Module 3: Estonian e Residency Running an EU Company Remotely e Residency explained as a digital identity and company registration tool (not physical residency or a visa), how to apply for an Estonian e Resident digital ID card, setting up an Osaühing (OÜ — Estonian private limited company) online through the e Business Register, banking options for e Resident companies (Wise, LHV, Revolut Business), VAT registration, EU company benefits for clients from outside the EU, and the regulatory and compliance obligations of running an Estonian e Resident company.
