Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made in writing before the course start date.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@worldvisaacademy.com
- A small administrative fee may apply to cover processing and registration costs
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
After Course Commencement
Once the course begins, fees become non-refundable, as access to training materials and sessions is immediately granted.
- Course materials and resources are immediately accessible
- Instructor time and resources have been allocated
- Class sizes are limited to ensure quality education
Course Transfer Option
Transfer to Another Batch
- Transfers are subject to approval and seat availability
- Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date
- Only one transfer is permitted per registration
- Any difference in course fees must be paid before the transfer is processed

Refund Process
How to Request a Refund

- Include your full name, course name, and registration details
- State the reason for your refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
Once we receive your request, we will:

- Review your request within 3-5 business days
- Notify you of our decision via email
- Process approved refunds within 7-14 business days
