Kenya now operates a fully electronic visa system (eVisa) covering almost all nationalities, replacing the previous visa on arrival and consular systems. This course teaches the complete Kenya eVisa process.

  Module 1: Kenya eVisa System and Overview Kenya's full transition to the eTa (Electronic Travel Authorisation) and eVisa system, all foreign nationals now required to apply online through the official portal (etakenya.go.ke) before arrival (visa on arrival discontinued), types of visas available (single entry, multiple entry, East Africa Tourist Visa covering Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda), eligibility for each type, and permitted activities under tourist entry.
  
  Module 2: Kenya eVisa Application Process Official Kenya eVisa portal application step by step, required information (passport details, travel dates, accommodation address, purpose of visit, return flight details, photograph, and yellow fever vaccination certificate for nationalities traveling from endemic countries), fee payment (approximately USD 50 for single entry), processing time (typically 3 business days), eVisa approval and how to present it on arrival.
  
  Module 3: Entry at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, Safari Permits and East Africa Circuit Immigration clearance at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, eVisa verification on arrival, national park fees (MPESA payment or credit card at the gate), the East Africa Tourist Visa as an option for clients visiting Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda in the same trip, yellow fever vaccination requirement for some nationalities, and how to advise clients on the Nairobi to Mara to Zanzibar circuit.
