  Module 1: Malta Nomad Residence Permit Overview and Eligibility Malta's Nomad Residence Permit introduced through Residency Malta Agency, eligible applicants non EU nationals working remotely for employers or clients outside Malta, minimum monthly income requirement (approximately EUR 2,700 per month net as a reference, subject to update), initial 1 year permit validity with renewal option, Residency Malta Agency as the governing authority, and how the permit differs from the MPRP investment residency programme.
  
  Module 2: Application Process and Required Documents Residency Malta Agency online application, required documents (proof of remote employment or freelance contracts with non Maltese clients, bank statements showing the minimum income for the past 3 months, health insurance valid in Malta with at least EUR 30,000 coverage, clean criminal record certificate, passport, and accommodation proof in Malta), fee payment, processing timeline (typically 30 days), and official permit card issuance.
