  Module 3: Arrival, Permesso di Soggiorno and Family Rights Permesso di Soggiorno per motivi familiari application at the Questura within 8 days via kit postale, work authorisation under the family permit, school enrolment for children, access to Italian healthcare (SSN), permit renewal, and pathway from family permit to long term EU residency (carta di soggiorno) after 5 years.
