Course Description

Ireland's Stamp 4 is the most valuable immigration status for non-EEA nationals living in Ireland, granting the right to live and work without any employer work permit requirement. It is available through multiple routes including the Critical Skills Employment Permit, long-term legal residence (5 years), family of an Irish citizen, and refugee status. The Long-Term Residence (LTR) permission is available to those who have spent 5 of the previous 8 years on qualifying stamps. This course covers all Stamp 4 pathways, Department of Justice application procedures, and the route to Irish citizenship ideal for consultants with Ireland-based clients.
