This course teaches the complete Nepal visitor visa process from pre departure preparation to trekking permits.

  Module 1: Nepal Visitor Visa On Arrival and Online Options Nepal visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu) for most nationalities, visa validity options (15 day, 30 day, or 90 day), visa on arrival fee structure, Nepal online visa application portal (online.nepalimmigration.gov.np) as a pre registration option to speed up airport arrival, nationalities exempt from visa (Indian nationals enter without a visa), and nationalities with restricted or refused entry.
  
  Module 2: Visa on Arrival Process and Required Documents Cash payment in USD (or equivalent) at the airport counter, online pre registration form (to print and bring to the airport counter), passport photograph requirement, visa fee amounts by duration, airline connection and onward flight confirmation, and what to do if the client has an unusual passport situation or dual nationality.
  
  Module 3: Trekking Permits, National Park Fees and Practical Preparation TIMS (Trekkers Information Management System) card required for most trekking routes, Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP), Sagarmatha National Park Permit for Everest Base Camp routes, fees for each permit and where to obtain them (Kathmandu or Pokhara), altitude sickness guidance and health preparation for high altitude trekking clients, and insurance requirements for clients doing adventure activities in Nepal.
