Course Description

The Netherlands offers two types of permanent residence the national Dutch Permanent Residence Permit and the EU Long-Term Resident status both available after five years of continuous legal stay. The process requires passing the Dutch civic integration examination (inburgeringsexamen), demonstrating sufficient and stable income, and satisfying continuous residence requirements. The EU Long-Term Resident permit additionally provides the right to move and work in other EU member states. This course covers both permit types, IND application procedures, and the civic integration system built for consultants supporting long-term Netherlands residents.
