Course Description

Switzerland's C Permit (Niederlassungsbewilligung) is the highest immigration status available to foreign nationals, granting permanent and unrestricted residence and work rights. It is available after 5 years of B Permit residence for EU/EFTA nationals and citizens of key partner countries, or 10 years for all others subject to language and integration requirements that vary by canton. The C Permit is processed jointly by cantonal migration offices and the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM).
