  Module 1: Introduction to GDS & Travel Industry
  
  Basics of GDS, role of Amadeus, BSP overview, IATA vs Non-IATA agents, Amadeus interface and navigation.
  
  Module 2: Flight Availability & Schedules
  
  Flight search using AN, understanding availability display, booking classes, direct/connecting flights, waitlist, schedules (SS), and codeshare flights.
  
  Module 3: PNR Creation
  
  Creating a PNR with mandatory elements: name, itinerary, contact, ticketing, received from; adding remarks, OSI, split PNR, and saving with ET.
  
  Module 4: Fare Pricing & Calculation
  
  Using FXP/FXX, fare basis, fare rules, one-way/return pricing, taxes, surcharges, lowest fare search, and fare history.
  
  Module 5: Special Services & Ancillaries
  
  SSR requests, seat selection, frequent flyer details, EMD for baggage/upgrades, and airline special requests.
  
  Module 6: Ticketing & Refunds
  
  Ticket issuance (TTP), e-ticket basics, voids, refunds, exchanges/reissues, ticket records, queues, and BSP basics.
  
  Module 7: Queues & Practical Training
  
  Queue handling, schedule changes, DCS basics, PCC setup, multiple PNR management, troubleshooting, and complete booking practice.
