  Module 1: Cyprus Digital Nomad Visa Overview and Eligibility Cyprus Civil Registry and Migration Department as the governing authority, eligibility criteria (non EU nationals working remotely for employers or clients located entirely outside Cyprus), minimum monthly income requirement (approximately EUR 3,500 per month net for a single applicant as a reference, subject to update), 1 year permit validity with 2 year renewal option, and how the digital nomad permit differs from the standard work permit and the Cyprus investor residency.
  
  Module 2: Application Process and Required Documents Application at the Cyprus Civil Registry and Migration Department (CRMD) in person or through a registered agent, required documents (employment contract or freelance client contracts showing remote work for non Cypriot employers or clients, 3 months bank statements showing the minimum income, health insurance valid in Cyprus for the full permit period, accommodation rental contract in Cyprus, clean criminal record certificate from home country and any country of 12 months residence), application fee, and processing timeline (typically 30 days).
  
  Module 3: Life in Cyprus and Long Term Residency Cost of living in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, and Paphos, English language daily life environment, Cyprus as a non Schengen EU member (important : a Cyprus residence permit does not automatically allow Schengen travel beyond the standard 90 day visitor rule), low corporate and personal tax environment, OIB (personal identity number) and bank account opening, renewal process for a further 2 years, and pathway to Cyprus permanent residency after 5 years of legal residence.
