Italy's Investor Visa (Visto per Investitori) is a residency programme for foreign nationals who invest in Italian businesses, innovative startups, government bonds, or philanthropic projects. This course walks you through each investment route, the official Investor Visa Committee process, and how to convert a visa into a multi year residence permit.

  Module 1: Programme Overview and Investment Categories Legal framework, eligible investment categories, minimum thresholds (EUR 250,000 for innovative startups, EUR 500,000 for established businesses, EUR 1,000,000 for philanthropic projects, EUR 2,000,000 for government bonds), family inclusion rules, and applicant eligibility standards.
  
  Module 2: Business and Startup Investment Preparation Startup validation through Italy's official innovative company register, business documentation requirements, due diligence standards, investment commitment timeline, notarial deed requirements, and source of funds proof.
  
  Module 3: Investor Visa Committee and Consular Application Nulla Osta application to the Investor Visa Committee (MiMIT), evaluation criteria, approval letter, consular visa application process, required documents, financial proof standards, and processing timelines.
  
  Module 4: Arrival, Residence Permit and Annual Obligations Permesso di Soggiorno application after arrival at the Questura, codice fiscale registration, 2 year permit and renewal cycle, investment maintenance obligations, and annual investor reporting requirements.
  
  Module 5: Long Term Residency and Citizenship Pathway Path to Italian long term EU residency, citizenship eligibility through the 10 year route, family member permit rights, compliance risks and how to manage them, and strategic case management for investor clients.
