Course Description
Vietnam’s foreign-worker framework governs employment of foreign nationals through work permits and recognised work-permit exemption categories. The current framework is set out principally under Decree No. 219/2025/ND-CP, effective from 7 August 2025. This training provides practical knowledge of foreign-worker eligibility, employer requirements, manager, executive, expert and technical-worker categories, supporting documents, work-permit exemptions and application procedures. The course is designed for immigration consultants, recruitment agents, HR professionals, visa filing specialists and caseworkers handling Vietnam employment immigration cases.
