Course Description
Hong Kong’s student entry arrangement allows eligible non-local students to enter the HKSAR for approved studies at recognised educational institutions. The immigration framework covers admission requirements, local sponsorship, supporting documentation, conditions of stay and extension procedures. This training provides immigration professionals with practical knowledge of student eligibility, institution sponsorship, financial evidence, application documentation, study conditions and permitted work arrangements. The course is designed for immigration consultants, education advisers, student counsellors, visa filing professionals and caseworkers handling Hong Kong education immigration cases.
