Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) is a long-term residence programme for eligible foreign nationals. The current framework includes Platinum, Gold, Silver and Special Economic Zone/Special Financial Zone categories, with different pass durations, financial requirements, property conditions and eligibility rules. (motac.gov.my) This World Visa Academy course teaches practical MM2H case assessment, category selection, applicant and dependant eligibility, financial documentation, property requirements, medical requirements and application procedures. It is designed for immigration consultants, relocation professionals, visa filing teams, property advisers and professionals assisting international clients with Malaysian long-term residence options. Learners develop a structured approach to reviewing applicant profiles, preparing supporting documents, understanding the One Stop Centre process and explaining MM2H conditions accurately. MM2H participation does not itself lead to Malaysian permanent residence or citizenship

Understand the current Malaysia My Second Home framework, the role of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture and the One Stop Centre MM2H, immigration approval structure, eligibility conditions and the differences between the main MM2H categories.
Module 2
MM2H Categories & Applicant Assessment

Module 3
Financial, Property & Documentation Requirements

Module 4
MM2H Application & Approval Process
Understand the application process through an MM2H-licensed tour operating business, submission to the One Stop Centre, conditional approval, fulfilment of post-approval requirements and immigration endorsement. Training also covers the roles of MOTAC and the Immigration Department.
Module 5
Dependants, Stay Conditions & Post-Approval Compliance
Learn how to assess dependant eligibility, understand annual stay requirements, medical screening, fixed-deposit withdrawal conditions, property restrictions and category-specific work or business permissions. The course also covers renewal considerations and explains that MM2H participation does not provide a direct PR or citizenship pathway.
