Course Description
The USA C-1 Transit Visa is a nonimmigrant visa for eligible foreign nationals travelling in immediate and continuous transit through the United States to another country. The purpose of the U.S. entry must be transit, rather than visiting, sightseeing or undertaking another primary activity. This training explains C-1 eligibility, immediate and continuous transit, onward travel evidence, visa exemptions, application documentation and consular interview preparation. It also covers C-1/D cases for qualifying crewmembers travelling to join a vessel or aircraft.
