Impact: Any pending Gulf visa filings, attestations, or appointments will face a short delay. Consultants handling work permits, family visas, or Umrah cases must update clients on rescheduled dates.

Europe Big Alert: ETIAS Launch Window Closing In What it means: The EU has reconfirmed that ETIAS, the new pre travel permit for visa free visitors, will go live in the last quarter of 2026. It will be mandatory from April 2027 for travellers from countries like the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and others visiting any of the 30 European countries. Impact: This is the last clear window for consultants to educate clients. ETIAS is not a visa but a quick online travel authorisation costing about 20 euros, valid for three years. Indian passport holders still need a Schengen visa.
